01How plans will work
What a plan will measure.
Each plan will set a limit on these, and the pricing page will be generated from the same records the service enforces.

Public reads are never cut mid-cycle on a paid plan. You get a warning at 80% and 100%.
Downgrading never deletes content. It only blocks new writes in the dimension you are over.
You keep your plan version until you choose to change it.
